Research Associate, Biomedical Science, Research Scientist

The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “
Senior Research Associate
”.

• Design and execute wet lab experiments to support project goals.
• Independently develop and optimize methods and procedures.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and summaries.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records in compliance with GMP/GLP.
• Present experimental results to project teams.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional technical teams.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process and laboratory improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 6+ years of experience, or
• Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience (preferred).
• Strong hands‑on experience with wet lab and biological techniques.
• Experience working in a regulated (GMP/GLP) laboratory environment.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment.
• Proficient in scientific documentation and standard data analysis tools.
