Cocktail Server – Full‑time – $21.50 per hour + incentives
At Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, cocktail servers present beverage and food selections, recommend libations, and maintain an esthetically pleasing, warm environment for guests and colleagues.
Duties and Responsibilities- Clear communication and collaboration with the bar.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and policies.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to teamwork.
- Treat all colleagues and guests with dignity and respect.
- Follow all service standards and business processes outlined in the Miraval Training Manual.
- Assist with opening/closing and side duties.
- Perform service standards within specified time frames.
- Maintain awareness of guests and colleagues in the room and be attentive to their needs.
- Show extensive knowledge of menus, prices, and give flavorful descriptions.
- Provide professional service to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain tables in the assigned section.
- Attend and participate in pre‑shift meetings.
- Maximize revenue through suggestive selling techniques.
- Inform leaders of comments related to quality and service from guests, both positive and negative.
- Comply with all items covered in the Miraval Employee Handbook.
- Assume all duties and responsibilities assigned by leaders.

- A true desire to serve others in a fast–paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of serving experience in fine dining or a hotel/resort environment preferred.
- Ability to walk and stand on feet for 6–8 hours.
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and coffee.
- Comfortable and efficient with quick turnaround tables.
- Strong multi‑tasking skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge and experience operating POS systems.
