We’re looking for someone who takes pride in professionalism, menu knowledge, and creating memorable moments for every guest. Confidence, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential in this role.

*** Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence and professionalism
* Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences and special requests
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards
* Maintain thorough menu and wine knowledge to provide pairing suggestions
* Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
* Process payments accurately using POS systems
* Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar promptly
* Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and properly stocked
* Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
* Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
* Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
* Perform additional duties as assigned
** Your Experience Includes

* Required:

*** Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
* Strong guest service and communication skills
* Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
* TIPS alcohol-service certification
** Preferred:
*** Experience with POS systems
* High School Diploma or equivalent
