As Lead Server you will train and mentor dining services talent, run a finely tuned back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house operation, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

• 2+ years of experience as a waitperson in a full service restaurant (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of proper dining room etiquette, food sanitation, and safety
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with others
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
