Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building connections with guests by providing excellent customer service, upselling drinks, following recipes, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Bartenders should be knowledgeable about all details of the drink and food menu and be able to create innovative and delicious cocktails while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Create new and exciting drink recipes, and adapt to customer preferences.
• Upsell and suggest premium liquors or special cocktails to increase sales.
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and take/ process drink orders.
• Engage with patrons, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
• Multi-task by handling multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean bar: keep the area organized, clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Cash handling: process payments accurately, provide change, handle customer tabs responsibly.
• Monitor alcohol consumption: identify and address over consumption, ensuring responsible service.
• Stock and inventory: monitor and restock bar supplies (liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware), keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
• Compliance with regulations: follow local and state alcohol regulations, check IDs, and avoid serving underage or intoxicated customers.

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of alcohol.
• Positive, outgoing, friendly attitude.
• Professional and neat personal appearance.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
