Responsibilities
  • As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Advancement and Opportunities

Advancement:
Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses. Our company prides itself on promoting from within — you can quickly move up through the ranks and earn more money.

Qualifications
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
  • Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
  • Must be 18 years or older
