We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Domino’s team as a shift runner and assistant manager. The role is key to ensuring smooth operation during busy hours, whether part or full time.

As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

• Manage shift operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer service.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Support the team to ensure high quality service and safety.

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
