* Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

* Leadership & Teamwork - Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.

* Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

* Product Knowledge - Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.

* Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

* Flexible

Schedule:

Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

* Exceptional Communication:

Previous experience in automotive retail.

* Certifications:
