Sr. Channel Account Manager – Forcepoint

West Region Channel Account Manager (Strategy and Enablement)

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the relationship between strategic partners and Forcepoint.
- Provide sales and technical enablement to strategic partners.
- Create and execute a regional account plan.
- Ensure partners meet the requirements of their tier in the Forcepoint Channel Partner Program.
- Develop and execute a Partner SE enablement plan, driving attendance to Instructor‑Led Training and Boot Camp Sessions.
- Act as the liaison between partners and Forcepoint sales representatives (Mid‑Market and Enterprise teams).
- Deliver value propositions and key messaging to the partner community.
- Meet or exceed quota for strategic partners.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Forcepoint products, competing products, and industry trends; share this knowledge with partners.
- Review, monitor, and report on deal registrations.
- Communicate product launches and promotions.
- Execute marketing programs with the help of field marketing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Forcepoint resources.
- Maintain overall relationship management responsibilities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in B2B sales, maintaining partner relationships.
- 4+ years of partner selling in a high‑tech software company (cyber‑security preferred).
- Knowledge of software or computer‑related product sales with an emphasis on web infrastructure security.
- Strong presentation, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to close business while achieving high partner satisfaction.
