OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, inclusive team member to sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. The role involves daily target goals around dials, talk time, and appointments, with opportunities for autonomy, uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over phone and virtual platforms.
- Connect with both new and existing clients to promote retirement readiness.
- Achieve daily goals related to number of dials, talk-time and appointments set.
- Maintain virtual appointment schedules and manage client relationships.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen will be considered pending licensing within first 45 days.
- Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
- Experience with video platforms.
