Compensation

Package
  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a $4 million book of business, focusing on small to medium-sized accounts with a generalist approach, including a strong emphasis on bonds偷和surety experience
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Licenses/Designations:
    Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a proven ability to manage a $4 million book of business
  • Software Proficiency:
    Experience with EPIC software preferred
  • Soft Skills:

    Energetic, detail-oriented, goal-driven, problem solver, and self-motivated
  • Work Environment:
    On-site preferred, with potential miihini hybrid flexibility
