Product Sales Executive Hem​/UA

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Product Sales Executive to drive growth and market share expansion in the hematology and urinalysis portfolio across Arizona and Nevada territories. The role involves developing sales strategies, analyzing laboratory workflows, and positioning diagnostic solutions to clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to develop targeted sales strategies
• Apply market and competitive insights to identify opportunities and drive market share growth
• Engage customers by aligning solutions to their technology landscape, contracts, and financial priorities
• Serve as subject matter expert in hematology and urinalysis technologies using data analytics tools
• Partner cross-functionally to execute territory strategy and drive revenue growth through account management

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years capital equipment or diagnostics sales experience, or master's degree with 1+ years experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies for integrated solutions
• Proven track record analyzing competitive landscapes and driving market share growth
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales analytics tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; 50%+ travel required
• Working knowledge of laboratory workflows in hematology and urinalysis environments preferred

$100,000-$120,000 base; $170,000-$190,000 total target compensation including sales incentive
