$27.10/hr - $32.10/hr

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in alignment with client EHS Management Systems Policies and Procedures
• Ensure system documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records) is current, accurate, and controlled.
• Partnering within and outside of EH&S to manage the EH&S website to ensure information is up to date.
• Developing and disseminating EH&S communications throughout the Tucson region.
• Define and manage EHS performance metrics and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports for leadership reviews and management system meetings.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and other functions to develop EH&S council presentations and define an EH&S council structure.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.

• Knowledge and ability to apply OSHA regulations and ANSI Standards.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software platforms.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects and programs in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate effective prioritization and implementation skills.
• Be flexible to accept additional assignments, campaigns and rotations to other EH&S programs.

• Knowledge of Enablon EH&S software.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).

Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.

• 100% audit‑ready documentation available in Microsoft Share Point
• An accurate, user‑friendly Tucson EH&S website
• A defined EH&S council architecture in the Tucson region
