Onsite. U.S. citizen required with an active and transferable DoD Top Secret clearance.
Salary range: $82,000 - $164,000 USD.

The Principal Analyst, Security will perform a wide variety of tasks as part of the Special Programs Security Team, including developing, reviewing and administering the program’s security policies to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
They provide oversight and guidance related to security policies and procedures to ensure successful contract execution.
- Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG) for personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified information.
- Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management principles.
- Implement a media control program per JSIG requirements.
- Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and subordinate business units via the DD Form 254 or other contractual methods.
- Establish, gain accreditation, and maintain a secure facility per ICD 705.
- Establish and oversee specialized procedures for transmission of classified and/or proprietary material or information.
- Establish and maintain a visitor control program.
- Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or government inspections.
- Investigate security infractions or violations and prepare reports specifying potential loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).
- Collaborate and assist the ISSO/ISSM on implementing JSIG requirements.
- Provide a valid driver’s license for escorting individuals across business locations.
- University degree or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years.
- Advanced degree with minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Experience implementing NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge and skills within the SAP/SCI security discipline.
- Related training with Defense Security Service, Center for Development of Security Excellence, or equivalent security certification programs.
