- Ensuring our apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
- Participating in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds, completing resident work orders and preparing units for rent in a timely manner.
- Performing painting, plumbing, carpentry work, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, and ensuring all routine lighting inspections are completed and burnt-out bulbs replaced as necessary.
- Cleaning and maintaining pool by emptying skimmers, testing chemicals, maintaining logs.
- Door locks, re-keying, P.O. boxes and locks.
- Following service process through to completion, inspecting work for conformance to specifications and standards, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Assisting in distribution of all company or community-issued notices (i.e., bad weather, emergency, etc.).
- Walking market-ready units daily and communicating needed supplies or assistance needed for completion.
- Participating in ensuring safe practices are adhered to; upholding policies of the community; ensuring professionalism in achieving work goals.
- Supporting a harmonious team environment.
- Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work order and other required documentation pertaining to job.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and rotate being on call.
