We provide factory-authorized service, local Tucson deliveries, and we stock over 2,000 appliances in our local warehouse.

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Service Repair Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines. The Appliance Service Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service calls
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

• High School diploma or GED or at least 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and MVR check.
• Prior experience in gas, electric, plumbing, refrigeration, appliance repair and installation is advantageous. However, we provide company training on processes and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, dedication to excellence and maintaining high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Responsibility for maintaining a company truck (i.e., cleanliness, inventory, coordination of service maintenance, etc.).
• Must be capable of standing, walking, sitting, using hand dexterity, climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, and kneeling regularly.
• Ability to work under extreme weather conditions (heat and cold) as the job requires.
• Ability to hear, see, communicate, and use necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Should be familiar with specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
