Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Lead Technician to oversee and perform structural repairs, rebuilds, and restoration services. This hands-on role involves managing job sites, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and working alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

• Lead construction repair and rebuild projects from start to finish
• Perform framing, drywall, trim, door/window installation, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
• Supervise and coordinate team members and subcontractors
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness on all job sites
• Communicate clearly with project managers, homeowners, and insurance adjusters
• Maintain accurate daily job records and photos
• Ensure tools, materials, and work vehicles are maintained and organized
• Follow all company policies and safety standards

• 3+ years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience (restoration industry a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents or scopes
• Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented
