The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of our products at the job site, following our procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Remodel bathroom wet spaces according to scope, using plumbing, trim carpentry, and drywall skills
• Follow all installation standards and procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers
• Respect property and leave work areas clean
• Wear uniform, observe grooming and hygiene standards
• Inform customers about product care and maintenance
• Complete and submit paperwork and photos accurately
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies
• Collect final payment and ensure defect-free project completion

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in carpentry, construction, or home renovation
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Own power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret safety and instruction documents
• Personal enclosed trailer preferred but not required
• Availability to work full-time M-F and occasional Saturdays

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ annually, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Full-time, on the road, with a schedule Monday to Friday.

Experience in construction or renovation required; driver’s license mandatory.
