Job DescriptionThe Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of our products at the job site, following our procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Remodel bathroom wet spaces according to scope, using plumbing, trim carpentry, and drywall skills
- Follow all installation standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers
- Respect property and leave work areas clean
- Wear uniform, observe grooming and hygiene standards
- Inform customers about product care and maintenance
- Complete and submit paperwork and photos accurately
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies
- Collect final payment and ensure defect-free project completion
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in carpentry, construction, or home renovation
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Own power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Basic math skills and ability to interpret safety and instruction documents
- Personal enclosed trailer preferred but not required
- Availability to work full-time M-F and occasional Saturdays

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ annually, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Full-time, on the road, with a schedule Monday to Friday.
Experience in construction or renovation required; driver’s license mandatory.
