About the Role
Banker Insulation of Tucson, AZ is looking to hire a full‑time Attic Insulation Installer to blow insulation into attics and completely air‑seal and insulate exterior and interior walls, ceilings, crawlspaces and attic spaces of residential, commercial and industrial job sites. Compensation & BenefitsSalary
: $18.00 – $22.00+/hour, depending on experience and efficiency.

Typical schedule:
8–10 hours Monday‑Friday starting around 6:00 AM. Some weekends may be required during peak season.

Responsibilities- Install and blow insulation products in attics, walls, ceilings, crawlspaces and other confined spaces.
- Air‑seal and insulate exterior and interior building envelopes.
- Follow safety protocols in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and truck.
- Work effectively with team members and customers to ensure quality results.
- Experience installing insulation products.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving, time‑management and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and organization.
