Our World Energy is looking for experienced solar installers available for a short-term, high-demand installation project in Phoenix and Tucson. This is a temporary 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for installers between projects or crews looking to pick up fast, short-term work.
If you're experienced, self-equipped, and ready to start immediately, this is a straightforward opportunity with a clearly defined end date.

- As an independent contractor, you may be engaged to :
- Perform residential solar installations
- Complete work according to project and safety standards
- Work efficiently to support a short-term installation push
- Coordinate on-site as needed to complete installations
- Are available during December 26-31 (can start sooner)
- Have prior solar installation experience
- Are comfortable working independently
- Have your own tools, equipment, and vehicle
- Can operate as a 1099 contractor and complete a W9 / service agreement
- This role is offered exclusively as a 1099 independent contractor position.
- This is not a W2 employment role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, tools, and transportation.
