We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties.

• Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
• Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Must be able to read blueprints

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
