HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Parker and Sons is currently seeking HVAC Sales Technicians in Tucson, AZ to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. The Sales Technicians diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing for repairs, order parts for install purposes, and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes.

A proven history of excellent customer service, and a strong attention to following up with loyal customers is highly encouraged.

Earning Potential: $100,000 - $200,000 + per year (average), PLUS industry leading benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays per year, and get paid to take your birthday off.

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Mechanical aptitude
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Experience with Service Titan a plus!
