Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? At Keurig Dr Pepper , we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Fleet Mechanic III to join our dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona . This is your chance to work on a variety of fleet vehicles, from trucks to forklifts, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment!
Aboutthe Role
As a Fleet Mechanic III, you will:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles.
- Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, and electrical systems.
- Complete essential documentation, including vehicle records.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering.
- Mentor junior mechanics and share your expertise.
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM until finished
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

- Starting pay at $34.51 per hour , increasing to $36.24 per hour after your 6-month anniversary.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
- 3 years of fleet experience with various power units and equipment
- Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
- 2 years of experience using a computer for diagnostics
- Your own set of tools
- Willingness to achieve ASE Heavy and Medium duty certification, DOT CDL A, and other certifications within your first year
