Join Our Team as a Fleet Mechanic III!

Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? At Keurig Dr Pepper , we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Fleet Mechanic III to join our dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona . This is your chance to work on a variety of fleet vehicles, from trucks to forklifts, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment!

As a Fleet Mechanic III, you will:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles.
• Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, and electrical systems.
• Complete essential documentation, including vehicle records.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering.
• Mentor junior mechanics and share your expertise.

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM until finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Starting pay at $34.51 per hour , increasing to $36.24 per hour after your 6-month anniversary.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• 3 years of fleet experience with various power units and equipment
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
• 2 years of experience using a computer for diagnostics
• Your own set of tools
• Willingness to achieve ASE Heavy and Medium duty certification, DOT CDL A, and other certifications within your first year
