What does a Heavy Equipment Mechanic do?As a Full‑Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Tank's Recycling and Landfill, you will travel between various sites in Tucson and Théâtre on a diverse range of heavy equipment and machinery. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain essential equipment such as wood grindersquele, excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and over‑the‑road commercial vehicles. This role allows you to hone technical skills and provides a dynamic work environment borrow each day presents new challenges.

Competency in welding—both stick and wire—as well as hard‑surfacing of wear parts will further enhance your ability to maintain equipment to the highest standards.
