Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conduit Bender with 5+ years of electrical experience for commercial projects in the Tucson area. This position requires a skilled electrician who can efficiently bend, install, and route EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit while maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to all safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread, and install EMT, RMC, IMC, and PVC conduit.
• Perform advanced conduit bending using hand benders, Chicago benders, hydraulic benders, and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Install conduit systems for power, lighting, control, and low-voltage applications.
• Pull wire and assist with electrical installations as needed.
• Ensure conduit runs are neat, accurate, and code-compliant.
• Work safely while following OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.
• Coordinate with foremen and project managers to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience required.
• Proven conduit bending experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Ability to perform complex bends, including offsets, saddles, kicks, and 90s.
• Must be available to work nights and overtime as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and electrical best practices.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites throughout the Tucson area.
• Ability to work overtime as project demands require.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.
• Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.
