TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to create opportunities for our supported individuals. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR?We’re looking for a responsible, mission‑oriented leader to promote independence by providing training and guidance to individuals with disabilities (ages 14‑21) in job exploration counseling, work‑based learning experiences, transition or post‑secondary educational programs, workplace readiness and social skills support, independent living skills and self‑advocacy training.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide training and guidance to individuals with disabilities (ages 14‑21) in job exploration counseling, work‑based learning, transition/post‑secondary educational programs, workplace readiness, social skills support, independent living skills, and self‑advocacy training.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Pass multiple background checks and pre‑employment drug screening.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
