Program Manager
Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for full‑time Program Manager in Pima County.
The Program Manager is the perfect position for a determined, social worker or behavioral health professional looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity supervising Case Managers and Clinicians while supporting young people to overcome challenges and recognize their potential.

Program ManagerJob Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing a team of case managers and clinicians providing supervision, support, training, and evaluation.
- Demonstrate an ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults.
- Comfortable working in a strength‑based and family‑centered way and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Facilitate team meetings, perform family intakes, write assessments, service plans, complete risk assessments and crisis planning.
- Facilitate CFT meetings (establish an agenda, set and maintain a strength‑based meeting environment, stay within time frames, give all team participants the opportunity to contribute, hold people accountable for their commitments and assist the team in developing consensus) for young people and families; interact professionally with other stakeholders and community members.
- Measure and track progress and outcomes for young people and families.
- Work both in the community and an office setting.
- Participate in a Manager On‑Call Rotation.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work. Adaptability in scheduling, driving throughout the county and working within the homes and communities of the families we support is required.
Program Manager Education / Experience Needed- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in behavioral health.
- Related Master’s degree
- Supervisory experience required.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39‑month driving record.
- Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance.
- Negative drug test required.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.
