The Program Services Evaluator 2 reviews and processes service approval requests for children and adults in the Arizona Department of Child Safety, coordinating with field staff, service providers, and payment processing to ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of approvals in the Guardian system. The role involves managing multiple service programs including parenting time, counseling, and kinship support services, while providing guidance and problem-solving assistance to staff and providers.
Keyqualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to secure and maintain DCS Central Registry clearance
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to drive for state business
- Knowledge of federal and state laws governing contractual agreements and funding regulations
- Skills in conflict resolution, time management, verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and collectively, multi-task, prioritize work, and maintain detailed tracking systems
