Our client, a leading technology consulting company based in Arizona, is hiring multiple .NET Software Engineers to support new initiatives across government and private-sector clients. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 remote) is based in Tempe or Tucson, AZ. .NET software Engineers joining this team gain exposure to high-visibility, forward-thinking projects with modern technology and little maintenance work.
Our client is seeking mid- to senior-level .NET engineers, including one who can step into a Tech Lead role. You’ll collaborate with an agile, fast-moving team and work on greenfield applications. Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire target at 6 months)
Required Skills & Experience- 5 + years of professional experience with .NET / C#
- Recent, hands‑on Angular development
- Strong background with SQL Server and stored procedures
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
- Ability to work hybrid in Tempe or Tucson 3 days per week
- Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders
