Accounting Clerk

About the Position
:

We are looking for a full time Accounting Clerk who will work with a talented and accomplished team. The ideal candidate will preferably hold an associate degree and have 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable. Additionally, they must be proficient working on a computer and utilizing Microsoft Office.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for processing and expediting a high volume of invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Work with branch personnel on posting and payment of vendor invoices.
• Work directly with vendors to resolve issues.
• Initiate weekly and monthly vendor check/ACH payments.
• Coordinate remote check posting.
• Research open vendor statement items.

Personal Attributes, Experience, and Education
:

• Associates Degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounts payable experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and work ethic.
• Ability to use Microsoft products to include Excel and Outlook.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to set priorities and handle several tasks at once.

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes hourly rate from $27.35 to $33.40 per hour.
