This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator, located in Tukwila, WA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates by performing quantity take-offs, analyzing costs, and assessing project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, communicating with vendors and clients, reviewing project documentation, and providing cost-effective solutions for construction projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate project planning and execution.
Qualifications- Proficient in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs to analyze project requirements effectively.
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients efficiently.
- Detail-oriented work ethic and the ability to analyze project documentation accurately.
- Proficiency with construction estimation software and tools is preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction project estimation or a similar role is desirable.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience in estimating, project engineering or project management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and communication tools
- Familiarity with the construction of building envelopes

While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and climb a case of stairs. The employee must regularly lift and move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Occasional job site visits in exposed weather conditions. These may be active job sites with unsure footing.
This is a full-time position with hourly pay. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
Pay$60-$85K per year base salary
