Position Overview:Are you a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity? The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and wellness‑oriented environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a polished presence, and the ability to multitask in a guest‑facing setting.
Responsibilities:- Warmly greet and check in and out guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Check and approve ready‑to‑rent rooms before guests' arrival.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage guest accounts and process payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a problem‑solving attitude.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Minimum one year of previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software (experience with Cloudbeds is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
Compensation range: 19–22/hour (part/full-time), based on experience.
