Position Responsibilities- Lead critical technical development as a senior subject matter expert on RF/Radar theory, digital signal processing, and radar concepts.
- Define system performance requirements and ensure interface definition supports various functional components of the seeker’s and missile’s architecture.
- Conduct analysis to optimize total system‑of‑systems performance or system architecture as applied to algorithmic functionality pertaining to the acquisition and tracking of targets.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and guide recommendations for system robustness in challenging operational environments.
- Develop and validate requirements for various complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and components.
- Develop and validate requirements for electrical/electronic systems, mechanical systems, interconnects, and structures.
- Develop architectures to integrate complex systems and components into higher level systems and platforms.
- Perform complicated trade studies, modeling, simulation and other analyses to predict component, interconnects and system performance and to optimize design around established requirements.
- Define and conduct critical tests of various kinds to validate performance of designs to requirements.
- Manage appropriate aspects of critical supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements.
- Provide support to products throughout their lifecycle from manufacturing to customer use by providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.
- Support project management by coordinating development of work statements, budgets, schedules and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews.
- Generate major sections of proposals to support development of new business.
- Work under minimal direction.
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 10 years or more of experience in avionics integration and/or electronics systems and/or RF systems.
- Experience working with suppliers and with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- 5 years or more experience working in cross‑functional or cross‑organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.
- Experience as an equipment manager for military or civil aerospace electronics/avionics systems including equipment qualification and testing.
- Experience with radar systems (either RF or EO) or radar integration.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience dealing directly with U.S. Government and DoD customers and regulators.
- Experience eliciting, writing, managing and verifying requirements.

Security ClearanceRequires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; interim Top Secret/SCI clearance pre‑start and final post‑start required.
