We are seeking individuals who are either already experienced or willing to be trained for testing Asbestos, Lead, Universal Waste, Mold, Indoor Air Quality, PCBs, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Regulated Building Materials Surveys and Inspections
Perform sample collection of Hazardous Building Materials
Perform electronic project field notes and sampling summaries for the daily work conducted
Perform Lead-Based paint inspection/ Risk Assessment
Abatement Oversight/ Compliance
Perform Indoor Air Monitoring and Industrial Hygiene services
Obtain and maintain applicable certifications and licenses
Represent Pac Rim in a professional manner
Minimum Requirements
Preferred prior experience in Construction, Maintenance, Abatement, or Demolition
Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible or extra hours when needed
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Pass a Fit Test for proper respirator fitting
Preferred Qualifications (Will provide training)
AHERA Building Inspector
NIOSH 582
WA DOC Lead Inspector/ Risk Assessor
OSHA 30
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday (Potential for weekend shifts),
8-Hour Shifts (Times may vary depending on the specific project)
