Casino Shift Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $78,000 - $82,000/year DOE

Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Minimum 6 months experience required
• Oversee the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift.
• Ensure the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Create a fun atmosphere for all guests.
• In the absence of the Assistant General Manager, responsible for the overall casino operations.
• Knowledge of all Washington State Gaming Laws and Regulations as well as the Company’s Internal Controls, policies and procedures.
• Schedule dealers, with approval of the Assistant General Manager.

• Previous gaming experience and knowledge of Washington State Gambling regulations and rules preferred.
• Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work varied hours and shifts.
• Effective communication at all times with all levels of employees and guests.
• Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.
• Retains staff through involvement in training and development.
• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Working knowledge of the State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules preferred.
