LHH is supporting our long time client in hiring a Controller for their Tuwkila plant producing $125M in annual revenue. This manufacturing site is part of a $BB global company. Long term, there is a ton of growth potential within the company for roles in Finance leadership.

Our client will relocate the right candidate to the Seattle region, if you live somewhere else. This job is an onsite role as you will interact regularly with people throughout the manufacturing site who do not sit at a computer.

This job:

• Oversee the full GL Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget and Financial Analysis, Performance Reporting for a $125M+ plant
• Monthly close, accruals, reconciliation, financial statements and oversight of the day to day accounting
• Cost Accounting, Budget, Forecasting, Financial Analysis
• Own all Business Processes and Internal Controls (SOX) for this location
• Reporting on all areas of the business; partnership with Plant Leadership to improve performance across the business
• Quarterly presentation to President of the company; weekly calls with division President/GM – looking at working capital, throughput, KPIs, and various performance of the plant
• Strong preference with a Controller who has lived through an implementation, knows how to clean up the data post transition and support manufacturing on how to understand the new reporting

We are looking for:

• Controller or Director of Accounting/Finance for Manufacturing company, preferring plants over $75M in annual revenue
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar; advanced credentials appreciated (CPA, CMA, CGMA)
• 10+ years of growth through Accounting and Finance experience
• 3+ years as financial leader in manufacturing environment, preferably a publicly traded company
• Strength in Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of SOX or Internal Controls
• Team Player, Right hand to the GM
• Strength in Management, expecting to hire someone with Controllership experience;
  Can grow and develop a strong team
