Supplier Credit Check Required / Hybrid role – 2 days in the office and subject to change. Client is seeking a motivated, driven and highly skilled Senior Accounting Systems Analyst to join our newly-formed Future Finance Systems team in Tukwila, WA or Hazelwood, MO. In need of a candidate who has a deep background in accounting and systems, and possesses exceptional communication, problem‑solving and change‑management skills.
This role will focus on accounting system design and development primarily within the SAP S/4 Hana platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, cost & financial accounting processes / principles, systems analysis and SAP S/4 Hana, advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements and implement technology solutions. This is a finance role.
Candidates must.
- Support the development and implementation of finance systems, notably SAP S/4 Hana
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, accounting, finance and manufacturing to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance functionalities
- Lead system testing and validation efforts to ensure that new functionalities meet business requirements and are implemented successfully
- Provide training and support to end‑users on finance systems, ensuring they understand processes and tools
- Identify opportunities and automation within accounting processes and tools
- Stay current with industry trends and for process improvements best practices in finance systems to recommend enhancements
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.). Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
