Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a six-month contract opportunity with a specialty infusion pharmacy in Tukwila, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a specialized pharmacy environment, with responsibilities focused on medication staging and verification to support safe and efficient infusion pharmacy operations.

Active Washington State Pharmacist license in good standing

Infusion or specialty pharmacy experience preferred

Strong knowledge of medication safety and prescription verification

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively within established pharmacy workflows

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Perform pharmacist verification duties within the Staging and Verification Room (SVR)

Review medication orders for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness

Support safe and efficient medication staging and processing

Identify and resolve medication order discrepancies

Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff

Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and established procedures

Support accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution workflows
