Position Overview

This position will install, operate, secure and maintain dedicated Program Information Technology Infrastructure required to deliver products to our customers. The role focuses on supporting multiple program-dedicated applications across various technology stacks such as CAD, Office suites, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Oracle and SQL databases, and Java.

Position Responsibilities

• Work directly with Programs and Security to ensure IT infrastructure solutions meet program and security requirements and schedules
• Perform a multi-disciplined range of technical systems and application activities
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain systems hardware, software, and components
• Ensure IT infrastructure conforms with standard architectural objectives
• Determine and develop approaches to solutions
• Represent the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
• 1+ years of experience performing system administration tasks on Windows and Linux hosts, including installing security patches and making configuration changes to support security requirements
• 1+ years of experience integrating hardware and software components into a functional system
• 1+ years of experience with computing administration, including managing Microsoft Active Directory design, deployment, and operational support
• 1+ years of experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Integration in a Linux or Windows environment
• 1+ years of experience working within multi-disciplined teams to resolve business impacting computing issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Current CompTIA Security+ Continuing Education (CE) certification
• 1+ years of experience in architecture, designing, and implementing infrastructure for a program
• 1+ years of experience working with Virtual Systems, including Virtual Machine Software (VMWare), design and implementation
• 1+ years of experience with standardized Network Protocols and Services (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc.)
