The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Tukwila, Washington
. As the Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the successful coordination of service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians.

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs for Service Technicians
• Manage new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
• Utilize the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
• Communicate with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively
• Own incoming leads using established programs and processes
• Maintain ongoing and professional customer communication throughout the course of each repair job
• Manage the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy
• Ensure adherence to all safety programs and initiatives, and ensure any necessary incident reports are completed

• At least one year of related customer service experience
• Previous dispatching and/or scheduling experience is a strong asset
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
• A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Tukwila, WA
.
