Job PurposeWe are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee multiple restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and profitably. This role is based in Tukwila, WA serving the Puget Sound territory.
Responsibilities- Scope, measure, and manage reconstruction projects across residential and commercial properties.
- Run budgets, track metrics, and manage work orders to meet operational and financial objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with subcontractors; candidates with existing sub networks are a plus.
- Make independent decisions, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure projects are profitable by understanding upfront costs and minimizing expenses.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in construction, restoration, or a related trade.
- Ability to manage people, schedules, budgets, and project outcomes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, or DASH is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Salary: $85k-$95k annually, plus performance-based commissions.
