Blue Pearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results‑driven Client Service Manager to join our team. The role handles day‑to‑day client service operations under the supervision and mentorship of the Practice Manager or Area Leader.
Responsibilities- Coach client service associates to continuously anticipate and address client needs and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
- Partner with the Client Service Team Leader to schedule associates cost‑effectively, ensuring sufficient staffing to meet or exceed client needs at every shift.
- Act as an integral part of the management team, linking clients, patients, and caregivers, and offer feedback to co‑managers to identify and resolve issues causing client dissatisfaction.
- Participate actively in hospital management, building positive internal relationships and offering feedback, encouragement, support, and participation in process‑improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with recruiters for new hire selection or internal transfers to fill open client service positions.
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven success managing professionals in complex organizations, whether in veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.
