Rainier Industries is manufacturing and display organization with a long-standing history of innovation and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Tukwila, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a strong voice across the organization and lead the execution of meaningful change.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing high-profile projects-including preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup-while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
- Manage inventory control and warehousing for all plant materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Develop, train, and mentor team members to foster growth and performance.
- Promote and maintain a strong organizational culture.
- Forecast work volume, schedules, and staffing needs.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development.
- Preferred:
Experience in print, graphic, or display production.
This is an exempt position. The pay range is $120,000 - $135,000. Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to relevant experience/level and skill set.
Please note:
We typically do not hire at the top end of the range.
