• 2+ years of hands‑on CNC machine operating experience required

• Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Set up machines, tooling, fixtures, and work holding per job requirements
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and tolerances
• Make basic edits to existing CNC programs (G‑code/M‑code as needed)
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Deburr, clean, and prepare finished parts for the next operation
• Maintain accurate job documentation and follow travelers/work instructions
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures consistently
