our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo

This is a Float position for our Central Region Clinics based out of the Federal Way Urgent Care Clinic.

Part Time: 8-9 shifts/month, schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo's market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Schedule: 8am-8pm

Position Summary

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position supporting our urgent care clinics. Providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible for all. They are driven by collaboration, science, and delivering a 'wow' experience for each patient.

Providers can expect to work at the top of their license with opportunities to lead and mentor, fostering a supportive environment with a 5-star clinical team.

The Opportunity
  • Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Schedules are created two months in advance.
  • Location may vary; same-day shift changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or callouts.
  • Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.

Requirements
  • Active Washington license at the time of employment.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
