$21.16/hr - $27.51/hr

Sun‑Tues 6:00am to 2:30pm, Sun‑Mon 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Sun‑Mon 10:00pm to 6:30am.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years of previous experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
