Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Tukwila, WA area.

Important Requirements:

• RN must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility
• HCHB experience is required

• $2,840.00 (Travel pay package)
• Local pay package available
• Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours per week
• Territory: primarily in West Seattle but could be asked to see patients wherever needed in King County

• 13 week contract (possible extension)
• Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit

• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
• Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

• Current RN License
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of job offer
• Must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility
• Hands-on HCHB experience required
• Current driver's license
• American Heart Association BLS
