We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their favorite merchandise. Share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store visually, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are appealing.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store layout and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Support store maintenance by organizing stock rooms and keeping the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Experience in retail preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $21.10 - $21.60 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
