One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Bellevue and Greater Seattle Area
We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Technician to install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, while providing guidance and leadership to newer technicians. You will be the person who sets the standard for quality, safety, and customer experience. If you bring the skill and professionalism, we will give you the tools, support, and long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and ductless units
- Complete final inspections on all installations to ensure quality and safety
- Train, mentor, and guide new technicians to company standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and document all work in the service system
- Educate customers on options, upgrades, repair choices, and long-term solutions
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, inventory, and safety equipment
- Represent the company with professional communication and customer service
- Uphold company values, workmanship standards, and cleanliness at every job site
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- 06A electrical license required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid WA State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting service options
- Ability to lift more than fifty pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawl spaces
- Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Full-time position, $40-$65/h
