Full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt. Business hours: 7 am–6 pm. Option for 4/10 schedules is available upon request. Working hours may exceed 8 hrs a day and 40 hrs a week depending on workload and on‑call rotation.
LocationField work in the greater Seattle area – North:
Everett, South:
Federal Way, East:
North Bend. Two shops located in Everett and Tukwila.
- Gather information and data about equipment being serviced.
- Diagnose system failures and issues, educate the customer on findings, and offer recommendations.
- Navigate tablet software to review customer history and equipment details.
- Conduct professional, polite client discussions, uncovering needs and collaborating with team leaders for issues beyond your expertise.
- Confident, professional communication skills via phone and face‑to‑face interactions with homeowners.
- Experience and ability to navigate Apple mobile devices and learn new software.
- Attention to detail when debriefing with office or homeowner about findings in the field.
- Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle all customer service scenarios, empathize, and resolve challenging problems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- HVAC experience required for Service Technician;
Maintenance Technician does not require HVAC experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to remain on your feet or in a kneeling position for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics.
- Must be able to work on ladders and drive a company vehicle.
